synthetic biology software

i'm thinking about developing software for developing life ...
as life is a cyclic chemical reaction, it is meaningful to build the software in a way that builds around cellular/viral cycle and chemical reactions involved.
Everything else about the cell will be built around it
there still is one thing todo before this: i need to find a good software to simmulate chemical reactions of random complexity. I'd build my system around it. if there is no such software, it has to be written based on physical chemistry (or words around ... whatever ... i don't readlly distinguish them .. )

increasing solar pannel efficiency

right now solar efficiency is extremely low. that's because they are absorbing only the reddish part of the spectrum. well, surprise, the plants are using that spectrum to for photosynthesis. but they have found a way to transform the light of other spectra (usually, bluish, but it really depends on the plant) to the spectra that is used
my idea is in developing a special type of cover -glass for the solar panels, which transforms the wight light into the red light (not filters, transforms, meaning that there must be light length transformations going on in the glass). If that's done, solar panel efficiency should increase dramatically
